What is a refurbished product?

It is a product that has been returned after being purchased new, and that has been checked to ensure that the product works as it should in the beginning.

These products are usually returned for several reasons:

• The client bought it by mistake.
• The person tried the product and didn't like it.
• Demonstration products, exhibitions, etc.
• Defective products that have been fixed.

How do I know the state of the product?

Each store identifies the status of the product differently. Ganga Electrónica categorizes its products in several ways:

• Brand new: it is a practically new product, that has not been used and is delivered with the accessories and the original packaging.

• Almost brand new: the product is in perfect condition, almost unused, and comes with accessories and original packaging.

• Impeccable: Like the previous one, the product is in perfect condition, almost without use, although it has signs of use or small flaws that are not perceptible to the naked eye. It may come with the orginal accessories or with compatible ones, and the packaging can be  the original or a plain one.

• Very good: In this case the product is slightly used and may have signs of use or visible damage of less than 3cm that do not affect its proper functioning. It may come with the orginal accessories or with compatible ones, and the packaging can be  the original or a plain one.

• Good: The difference with the previous condition is that in this case it is possible that not all the original accessories that come from the factory are included with the product. However, universal accessories necessary for its operation will be included.

• Acceptable: Type 4 products show signs of use or minor flaws, but they are repaired and inspected by qualified personnel. Like Type 3s, all original accessories may not be included, but they will come with the universal accessories necessary for their operation.
