What is the opening hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except Friday afternoons and holidays).

What is the difference between Ganga Electrónica HK and Ganga Electrónica ES?

The difference lies basically in the billing address and the guarantee:

- If you make a purchase in Ganga Electrónica HK, you will receive an international purchase invoice. The warranty of these products is 1 year in Spain, managed by our store. All Ganga Electrónica HK products are imported, so the manual and the power connector may not be national, in which case we will include a universal power adapter.

- If you make a purchase in Ganga Electrónica ES, you will receive a national (Spanish) purchase invoice, including VAT. The warranty of these products is generally 4 years in total (1 of our store plus the Mack Worldwide Warranty warranty extension of 3 years that we include only in cameras and lenses). The products of Ganga Electrónica ES, are mostly imported, so the manual and the power connector may not be national, in which case we will include a universal power adapter. In addition, in some cases, the delivery time of these products may be shorter than usual (consult previously).

Are the prices final or do we have to pay something else?

The price that appears on the product sheet is the final price, both in Ganga Electrónica HK, and in Ganga Electrónica ES. There will be no additional expense, except for transport on orders of less than 200 EUR, and on shipments outside the Spanish peninsula (Canary and Balearic Islands), to Ceuta and Melilla, and abroad.

How I can pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

-    Bank transfer in our BBVA bank (no extra cost)

-    Credit or debit card (no extra cost)

-    PayPal. The payment by Paypal has a commission of 3.5% + 0.35 EUR on the final price.

-    Cash payment in our office (maximum 2,500 EUR / day).

-    Financing Paga+Tarde. You can finance your purchases by paying up to 12 months with reduced interest.

-    Cash on delivery. By paying 15% in advance in our bank account, you can pay the remaining 85% when you receive it at your home.

Can I finance my purchase?

We offer the option to finance your purchase between 2 and 12 months through Paga+ Tarde.

In the product file you will find a simulation button, "Calculate your fee with Paga+ Tarde", where you can know the amount of the fee and the total according to the term you choose.

Once the product has been added to the cart, in the "Payment" step, you must select this method and indicate the number of months. Upon confirmation, you will automatically be redirected to Paga+Tarde website, where you will be asked to fill out a form with your details to analyse if you are granted financing. If so, the amount corresponding to the first installment will be charged on the spot, at which point your order begins to be processe.

Are the products new?

Yes; All products are brand new in their original box, with all accessories, except those in the "Outlet / Second Hand" section, or otherwise indicated in the product description.

Are they European or foreign versions?

All our products (both in Ganga Electrónica HK and Ganga Electrónica ES) are European versions, with menu and manual in English/Spanish (or multilanguage), unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

What is the shipping cost?

Our shipments are always free for orders over 200 EUR, within the Spanish peninsula. Orders with a value lower than that amount has a cost of 7 EUR.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a cost of 9 EUR

When will I receive my order?

The approximate delivery time is about 8/15 working days (Monday to Friday) since the day we receive the payment. Please take into account that it is an approximate time limit and that we cannot specify the delivery date if the product is not in our office in Seville. If we have stock in our office, you will receive it in 24/48 hours.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the sheet of each product.

How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by accessing your customer account on our website.

The first change of status in your order (from "Payment received" to "Ordered to the supplier") usually occurs within 5/7 working days from the date of purchase as part of the usual process when managing orders. Once the supplier confirms the shipment of the package to our office, it will change to "Ordered to the supplier". Then, it will change to "Preparation in progress", which means we have received the package and are preparing it for shipment. When it changes to "Sent" you will be notified by email providing your tracking number, which you can check on the website of the transport company (Correos Express or GLS) to be aware of the delivery, and you will receive the order at your home in the next 24/48 hours.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes, you can come to our office to pick up your order; If you have chosen the option of "Pick-up at the office" at the time of placing the order or you have communicated it to us expressly, as soon as we receive it, we will contact you by phone or, failing that, email, to notify you of the arrival of the package.

Can another person go to pick up my order?

Yes, you can authorise another person to pick up your order for you, but you must submit a third-party delivery authorization stating the name and ID of the order holder and the authorized person, signed by the order holder, along with a copy of the DNI of the holder of the order and the original of the authorized person. 

What warranty have the products?

Ganga Electrónica HK products have a 1-year warranty (6 months for accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.), since they are not sold in Spain. Ganga Electrónica manages this warranty during the first year at no cost to the customer. We take care of the collection and repair of the products in the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the distributor, at no cost (provided it is shown that this is a warranty problem). In addition, you can add a 3-year Mack Worldwide Warranty extension to your purchase to enjoy a total of 4-year product warranty.

Ganga Electrónica ES products include the 3-year Mack Worldwide Warranty extension, which would be effective after the first year of warranty you have with us; that is, it would have a total of 4-year warranty (6-month warranty for accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.) from Nikon, Canon, Sigma, etc., since the Mack warranty extension offers service in the official workshops of any country of the world. However, the warranty is specified on the sheet of each product.

Can I extend my warranty?

Of course; We offer different warranty extension options for most products, at a reduced price and single payment.

Note that you have15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to register your warranty.

Can I take my product to the manufacturer's official workshop?

Yes. We offer our customers the option of acquiring an official technical service card from the manufacturer, managed by Ganga Electrónica. With it, for 2 years, you can take your product to the official workshop of the brand in Spain (such as Finicon, Serplus, Robisa, etc.) having acquired the product in both Ganga Electronica ES and Ganga Electrónica HK. Ganga Electrónica will pay all the costs of the repair and will provide the official invoice to the client so that they can keep track of the interventions on their equipment.

Can I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order for the withdrawal. The return will be invalidated if the equipment has been excessively used (+500 cycles) or damaged.

If the product arrives damaged by transport, it must be informed within 24 hours after delivery. If you notice any external damage in the package, you must indicate to the carrier “Pending review” or refuse delivery, and inform us immediately.

It is considered accepted delivery and in perfect condition the one signed without any remark on the delivery note, or not informed to Ganga Electronica within 24 hours of receipt.

After the return period, any problem with the product will be managed through the warranty.
