PRICE GUARANTEE
It is important for us that you feel safe before, during and after your purchase at Electronic Ganga. That is why we offer a price guarantee on some of our products.
If you find a product with the Price Guarantee seal that you have bought at Electronic Gang at a cheaper price within 15 days of your purchase (payment), we will refund the price difference in a gift card. You can use the gift card for any product in our catalogue.
Conditions of the price guarantee:
Electronic Ganga matches the price on all selected products. See also ""Exceptions"" below.
The price guarantee claim must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase and payment, only for products that at the time of purchase bear the Price Guarantee seal.
The price to be matched must be in effect at the time of the price guarantee claim.
You must be able to present the purchase receipt or invoice from Electronic Ganga.
You must be able to present the documentation of the competitor. For example, a campaign document, a link to the offer or similar.
Exceptions:
Items that are not identical are not covered by the price guarantee. The product must be the same model and have the same technical specifications, including the same brand/manufacturer, the same color, the same dimensions, the same accessories, the same size, the same content, etc. - That is, a 100% identical product.
In order for Ganga Electronica to be able to match the price, the competing offer must meet the same conditions as Ganga Electronica. Shipping from Spain, billing from Spain, VAT 21% included, similar or shorter delivery times, same or longer warranty period, same or longer return conditions, not being a subscription establishment, etc.
Price guarantee does not cover remaining lots, opening and reopening sales, show models, special orders or end of season sale.
The price guarantee does not cover services such as delivery, special transport offers, etc.
The price guarantee only applies to private purchases.
