En tomas que exigen un silencio absoluto, como una actuación en directo, la captura silenciosa sin ruido del obturador permite fotografiar hasta a 8fps con seguimiento AF/AE, incluso en modo AF-C, con Eye AF en tiempo real o con seguimiento en tiempo real, lo que amplía las opciones de disparo.

La recién incorporada tecnología de reconocimiento de sujetos basada en inteligencia artificial procesa una gran cantidad de datos para identificar y realizar el seguimiento incluso de sujetos en movimiento rápido.

La mejorada supresión de ruido permite crear imágenes de calidad, incluso en escenas oscuras que requieren disparos de alta sensibilidad. La sensibilidad ISO nativa ha aumentado a ISO 32.000 máximo (con sensibilidad ISO ampliada a ISO 102.400 máximo para fotografías). La reducción de ruido es especialmente efectiva en el rango de sensibilidad media-alta.
