With the Sigma USB Dock, you can easily update firmware and parameters, such as sharpness. The settings are processed with a special software: Sigma Optimization Pro (For Windows and Mac). Depending on the type of lens you can adjust the following parameters: AF speed, focus limiter, OS function. The USB Dock is compatible with all lenses in the Sigma "Art", "Contemporary" and "Sports" product line.

Sigma Optimization Pro for Windows system requirements:

• Pentium 4 or higher processor.
• Windows 7 or Windows 8 installed.
• 2GB RAM or higher (3GB or higher recommended.
• 1GB of free space on the hard disk.
• 24-bit graphics card (Approx. 16.7 million colors).
• 1024x768 or higher screen resolution.
• USB 2.0 as standard (USB 1.1 or earlier is not recommended)

Sigma Optimization Pro System Requirements for Mac OS:

• Intel processor with Mac OS X 10.7 or 10.8 installed (Core2Duo or higher recommended, not compatible with PowerPC).
• 2GB RAM or higher (3GB or higher recommended.
