Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store with face-to-face customer service where you can come to:

  • Place your orders
  • Pick up online orders.
  • Get information about anything you need.
  • Make cash and card payments.

What are the opening hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except Friday afternoons and holidays). *Our summer opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10pm to 14pm.

We answer all your queries as soon as possible within our business hours through our various means of communication:

Why are there different prices for the same product?

On our website you will find the same product offered by different sellers, each with its own particular conditions.

In each product appears the information of the seller and its exclusive conditions of billing, warranty, shipping, price, etc. Please, check the  VIEW CONDITIONS section for details.

Are the prices final, or are there additional costs?

The price that appears on the product sheet is the final price. There will be no additional expenses, except for transportation on orders of less than 200 EUR and on shipments outside the Spanish peninsula (Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and abroad).

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

-    Bank transfer to our BBVA bank account (no extra cost)*

-    Credit or debit card (no extra cost)

-    PayPal. A purchase through Paypal carries a commission of 3.5% + 0.35 EUR on the final price.

-    Cash payment in our office (maximum 2,500 EUR/day).

-    Financing Pagantis. You can finance your purchases by paying in instalments for up to 12 months with reduced interest.

-    Cash on delivery. By paying 15% in advance to our bank account, you can pay the remaining 85% when you receive the product at your home.**

* With this payment method, the order confirmation may take 1-3 business days until the payment is made in our account. The expenses derived from transfers from other banks is non-refundable.

Can I finance my purchase?

We offer the option to finance your purchase between 2 and 36 months through Aplazame.

In the product file, you will find a virtual button, "Calculate your fee with Aplazame," where you can see the fee and the total according to the instalments that you choose.

Once the product has been added to the cart, in the "Payment" step, you must select this method and indicate the number of months. Upon confirmation, you will automatically be redirected to the Aplazame website, where you will be asked to fill out a form with your details to determine whether or not you may finance your purchase. If so, the amount corresponding to the first instalment will be charged on the spot, at which point your order will begin to be processed.

Are the products new?

Yes. All products are brand new in their original packaging with all accessories, except those in the "Outlet/Second Hand" section, or otherwise indicated in the product description.

Are the products European or foreign versions?

All our products (both in Ganga Electrónica HK and Ganga Electrónica ES) are European versions with a menu and manual in English/Spanish (or multilingual), unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

What is the shipping cost?

Our shipments are always free for orders over 200 EUR, within the Spanish peninsula. Orders with a value lower than that amount will cost 5 EUR in shipping.

Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla costs 69 EUR*

Shipping to the Canary Islands costs 24 EUR*

Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs 9 EUR

Shipping to Portugal costs 9 EUR

Shipping to any country in the European Union from 24 EUR

Shipping to non-EU countries in Europe from 39 EUR

Shipping to the USA costs 99 EUR

Shipping to South America costs 99 EUR

*Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to import taxes and/or local customs control (IGIC, IPSI)

* Large volume products (large appliances, air conditioners, televisions, etc.) may have higher shipping costs depending on volumetric weight. Please, consult it before placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

The approximate delivery time is about 8-15 work days (Monday to Friday) from the day we receive the payment. Please take into account that it is an approximate time frame and that we cannot verify the delivery date if the product is not already in our office in Seville. If we have stock in our office, you will receive it in 24/48 hours.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product sheet.

How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by accessing your customer account on our website.

The first change of status in your order (from "Payment received" to "Ordered from the supplier") usually occurs within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase as part of the usual process when managing orders. Once the supplier confirms the shipment of the package to our office, it will change to "Ordered from the supplier." Then, it will change to "Preparation in progress," which means we have received the package and are preparing it for shipment. When it changes to "Sent," you will be notified by email and you will be provided with your tracking number,  through which you will be able to check on the website of the transportation company (Correos Express or Envialia) the status of the delivery. Once you get this email, you will receive the order at your home in the next 24-48 hours.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes, you can come to our office to pick up your order. If you have chosen the option of "Pick-up at the office" at the time of placing the order or you have communicated it to us expressly, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the arrival of the package as soon as we receive it.

Can another person go to pick up my order?

Yes, you can authorise another person to pick up your order for you, but you must submit a third-party delivery authorization stating the name and ID of the order holder and the authorized person, signed by the order holder, along with a copy of the ID of the order holder and the original ID of the authorized person. 

What warranty do the products have?

For orders placed AFTER 1st July 2021:

Imported products have a 2-year warranty (6 months for accessories like batteries, chargers, etc.). Ganga Electrónica manages this warranty during this period at no cost to the customer. We take care of the collection and repair of the products in the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the manufacturer at no cost (provided it is shown that this is a warranty-related problem). In addition, you can add a 1-year or 2-year extension to your purchase.

In the file of each product you may find specified its warranty.

For orders placed BEFORE 1st July 2021:

Ganga Electrónica HK products have a 1-year warranty (6 months for accessories like batteries, chargers, etc.), since they are not sold in Spain. Ganga Electrónica manages this warranty during the first year at no cost to the customer. We take care of the collection and repair of the products in the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the distributor at no cost (provided it is shown that this is a warranty-related problem). In addition, you can add a 3-year Mack Worldwide Warranty extension to your purchase to enjoy a total of 4-year product warranty.

Ganga Electrónica ES products include the 3-year Mack Worldwide Warranty extension, which would be effective after the first year of the warranty you have with us; which means that the product would have a total of 4-year warranty (6-month warranty for accessories like batteries, chargers, etc.) from Nikon, Canon, Sigma, etc., since the Mack warranty extension offers service in the official workshops of any country in the world. However, the warranty is specified on each product sheet.

Can I extend my warranty?

Of course! We offer different warranty extension options for most products at a reduced price and a single payment.

From the moment you receive your order, you have 15 calendar days to register your warranty.

Can I take my product to the manufacturer's official workshop?

Yes. We offer our customers the option of acquiring an official technical service card from the manufacturer, managed by Ganga Electrónica. With it, for 2 years, you can take your product to the official workshop of the brand in Spain (such as Finicon, Serplus, Robisa, etc.) having acquired the product either in Ganga Electronica ES or Ganga Electrónica HK. Ganga Electrónica will pay all the costs of the repair and will provide the official invoice to the client so that they can keep track of the interventions on their equipment.

Can I return a product?

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days to return it. The return will be invalid if the equipment has been excessively used (+500 cycles) or damaged.

If the product arrives damaged through transport, we must be informed within 24 hours after delivery. If you notice any external damage to the package, you must indicate to the carrier that the product is “Pending review” or refuse delivery, and inform us immediately.

An accepted delivery is one that is considered to be in perfect condition and signed without any complaints on the delivery note, or that which has not been reported to Ganga Electronica within 24 hours of receipt.

Return shipping costs due to withdrawal will be paid by the buyer.

Returns due to a manufacturing default will be covered.

After the return period, any problem with the product will be managed through the warranty.

The return is made in Spain, it is not necessary to send the product outside the country.
