4¬į.- Cash on Delivery (Temporary unavailable)

There are some conditions for cash on delivery payment: themaximum amount of the order is ‚ā¨2350and it can only be requested for orders destined for mainland Spain and for the professional photography categories. This form of payment entails aadditional cost of 5%on the purchase price with a minimum of ‚ā¨5 for management of this form of payment. Also, it is only possible to have one active cash on delivery order at a time. You will not be able to place a second order until the first has been delivered to you.

IMPORTANT: To opt for the cash on delivery option,It is necessary to deposit 15% of the value of the product as a deposit into the account, transport insurance and management costs to receive the product. 8¬ļ.-Shipping insurance

All shipments have aLTM standard insurance.

Optionally, the client can insure the shipment with aComprehensive insurance. This insurance has an extra cost that is specified in the carrier selection. This insurance will cover any type of incident in transport, from the time it leaves the Ganga Electrónica facilities to your home. You will be covered against theft, loss, breakage, defects caused by transport, etc, and replacement or compensation will be requested within 24/48 hours.

The establishment is not directly responsible for losses, thefts or any other incident caused by the transport company since it leaves its facilities.

Not contracting all-risk insurance does not exempt the business from liability so that the customer receives their product. In this case, the refund or replacement of the product may be made within a period of approximately 5/10 working days according to the compensation provided by the transport company.

4th. Delivery time of purchased products

The delivery time of the products is usually 8/15 working days (Monday to Friday) (unless otherwise indicated in the ad description) from the time the payment is made in our account. Keep in mind that if you make the payment by bank transfer from another entity that is not BBVA, it can be postponed between 1 and 3 business days. 5th. Product warranty

The guarantee of the products sold by Ganga Electrónica is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 and following, a legal framework that aims to facilitate the consumer different options to demand sanitation when the purchased good is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate, in which case, the seller may solve the incident delivering a good of identical or similar characteristics in the conditions prior to the breakdown or incident in question. Commercial guarantee:
Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the length and duration of which differ by product and brand. Said guarantees will be exclusively borne by the manufacturer that is bound by them.

By virtue of the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the sales contract in the terms that it establishes (article 114), by virtue of which:

"The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product."

In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the one that appears in the files of Ganga Electrónica.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or non-professional installation, or malfunction such as a short circuit. The guarantee will not be valid in the event of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as voltage surges or drops, use of inappropriate or prohibited accessories by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.IMPORTANT: In the case of cameras, stains on the sensor are not subject to warranty use, in the event of stains on the sensor, it can be cleaned in workshops and will not give the right to cancel the order for that reason. Cameras have a useful life of 80,000 to 150,000 shutters depending on the model. If these limits are exceeded, it is part of maintenance and will not be covered by warranty.

The computation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, by virtue of the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.

The imported products have3 year warranty(6 months for accessories: batteries, chargers, etc.). Ganga Electrónica manages this guarantee during this period of time. Ganga Electrónica is responsible for the repair of the products in the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the manufacturer, at no cost (provided that it is shown that it is a warranty problem). In addition, an external warranty extension of 1 or 2 years on the product may be added.

In the case of product repairs, the client must exclusively go to the official technical services or those authorized by Ganga Electrónica (recognized and licensed by the manufacturers).

Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in the event of full conformity of the good, the client may not withdraw their order and return it.

The guarantee is addressed only to the holder (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the holder may demand it.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the goods through Ganga Electrónica and/or that do not appear on the sales invoice.

Warranty Terms and Conditions for Consumer Products

Should this equipment require service during the warranty period, please contact the dealer that sold it to you or a member of our Authorized Service Network (RSA) in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the other countries mentioned in this warranty or in the attached warranty certificates (warranty coverage area). In order to save you any unnecessary trouble, we suggest that you read the instruction manual carefully before resorting to warranty service.

Your guarantee
This warranty is applicable to your product if it appears in the accompanying documentation that it was purchased within the warranty coverage area.
Through this commercial guarantee, the product is guaranteed against possible defects in material and workmanship for a period specified in the advertisement from the original date of purchase. This guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and user, which are independent and compatible with the commercial guarantee. The company will provide and service the warranty in the country where you request warranty service listed below or on the document attached to the product.
If during this warranty period the product (on the original date of purchase) is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, the warranty manufacturer will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product or its defective parts, under the conditions stated I know

4. This guarantee does not cover any of the following cases:
a. Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts derived from the use
and normal wear.
b. Consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement
during the life of the product, such as non-rechargeable batteries, cartridges of
printing, styli, bulbs, etc.).
c. Damages or defects derived from the use, operation or treatment of the
improper product and not because of normal use of the product.

d. Damages derived from:

Exceptions and limitations Except in the cases mentioned above, the manufacturer will not grant guarantees (explicit, implicit, statutory or of another type) in relation to the product, the quality of the software or its annexes, the operation, the precision, the reliability or adaptability to a logical or other equipment purpose. If this exception is not lawful or contemplated by applicable law, the manufacturer will limit or exclude its warranties only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any warranty that cannot be fully excluded will be limited (to the extent permitted by applicable law) to the duration of the warranty.
The only obligation on the part of the manufacturer and/or distributor in relation to this guarantee is to repair or replace the products subject to the terms and conditions of this guarantee. The manufacturer and/or distributor is not responsible for the loss or damage of products, services, this guarantee or others, including economic loss or non-assessable damages; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, usufruct or use of the product or associated products or indirect, accidental or critical loss or damage. This clause is
refers to whether the loss or damage is due to:

1. Deterioration or inoperability of the product or associated products due to defects or

The responsibility of the manufacturer and/or distributor in this guarantee will not exceed, in any case, the price paid for the product, but if the current law allows only greater limitations of responsibility, these will apply.

6th. Customer rights

The client (consumers or users are considered only natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy the product as final recipients) will not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Ganga Electrónica does not undertake to return said amount.

Professionals: Those who, without constituting themselves as final recipients, acquire, store, use or consume goods or services, in order to integrate them into processes of production, transformation, commercialization, professional activity or provision to third parties, will not be considered consumers and users. that do not benefit from the rights granted to consumers. Ganga Electrónica will not accept returns due to withdrawal by companies.

Any incident in the receipt of a shipment, both for missing merchandise and for being damaged/beaten, must be communicated to Ganga Electrónica within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt, otherwise Ganga Electrónica/Carrier will not be responsible for it. When signing the carrier's delivery note, indicate any anomaly in the packaging, even if the damage to the packaging is small, also indicate it. The state of the boxes, open boxes, beaten, resealed, lack of packages, etc. Failure to indicate this information on the delivery note will nullify any possibility of claiming any lack and/or damage to the merchandise. The return costs will be paid by the customer in full and may vary depending on the weight and/or volume of the package. The merchandise to be returned must be previously insured by the client through and exclusively by the transport company hired by Ganga Electrónica. The additional cost for the buyer will be 1.25% of the total value (VAT included) of the merchandise. In no case will it be possible to manage procedures for returns or exchange of merchandise at the registered office of Ganga Electrónica.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, or those goods that are returned incomplete both in their main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal is not accepted on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by Ganga Electrónica, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature cannot be returned. Nor will the withdrawal of merchandise or orders that can be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.

In cases of wear or deterioration of the property for reasons that are not exclusively due to its proof to make a decision on its definitive acquisition, Ganga Electrónica may agree with the client the corresponding and proportional compensation for the deterioration.

The return by withdrawal of the following products will not be possible at any time:

  • All kinds of Software, games for consoles, DVD, Blu-ray, memories, computer components and consumables such as graphics, hard drives, batteries, CPUs and motherboards, paid DTT whose seal/Packaging has been damaged or opened.
  • For reasons of hygiene all kinds of products related to personal care, health and hygiene.

  • All types of laptops and desktop computers that are not returned in the same conditions of delivery (closed and sealed).

  • All kinds of products whose seal/packaging has been damaged or opened.
  • Books whose packaging or seal has been opened. Books with signs of deterioration or wear.

Instructions for shipping (returning) products:
The delivery of a possible return will not be managed directly at our facilities, but will be delivered to the carrier for shipment. We inform you that, in order to avoid any incident, it is necessary that the smallest products (cameras, accessories, etc.) be protected by additional external packaging - just as you have received it at home - and thus avoid any type of damage or manipulation of the original packaging of the product during transport, if the product is received in poor condition or deteriorated by transport or misuse by the customer, said return or withdrawal will not be accepted, however, Ganga Electrónica offers returns with all-risk insurance. A discount voucher is also offered for the value of the product to be returned so that it can be used for another product in the catalog.

7th. Obligations of the User / Client
