Acceptance of the order:

4th.- Cash on Delivery (Temporary unavailable)

There are some conditions for cash on delivery: themaximum order amount is ‚ā¨ 2350and it can only be requested for orders destined for mainland Spain and for the professional photography categories. This form of payment involves a5% additional coston the purchase price with a minimum of ‚ā¨ 5 for the management of this form of payment. 8th.-Shipping insurance

All shipments have aLTM standard insurance.

This insurance will cover any type of incident in transport, from when you leave the Ganga Electrónica facilities to your home. It will be covered against theft, loss, breakage, defects caused by transport, etc., and the replacement or compensation will be requested within 24/48 hours.

The establishment is not directly responsible for losses, theft or any other incident caused by the transport company since it leaves its facilities.

Not taking out all-risk insurance does not exempt the business from liability for the customer to receive their product. In that case, the refund or replacement of the product may be made within a period of approximately 5/10 working days as compensated by the transport company.

4th. Delivery time of the purchased products

The delivery time of the products is usually 8/15 working days (Monday to Friday) (unless otherwise indicated in the description of the advertisement) since the payment is made effective in our account. Keep in mind that if you make the payment by bank transfer from another entity other than BBVA, it can be deferred between 1 and 3 business days. 5th. Products warranty

The guarantee of the products sold by Ganga Electrónica is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 and following, a legal framework that aims to facilitate the Consumer different options to demand the reorganization when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate, in which case, the seller may solve the incident by delivering a good with identical or similar characteristics in the conditions prior to the breakdown or incident in question. Commercial guarantee:
Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the length and duration of which differ by product and brand. Said guarantees shall be exclusively borne by the manufacturer who is bound by them.

By virtue of the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the contract of sale in the terms that it establishes (article 114), by virtue of which:

"The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product."

In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the one in the files of Ganga Electrónica.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, unprofessional manipulation or installation, or malfunction such as short circuit. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or improper or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.IMPORTANT: In the case of cameras, the stains on the sensor are not subject to warranty use, in the case of stains on the sensor, it may be cleaned in workshops and will not give the right to cancel the order for that reason. of cameras have a lifespan of 80,000 to 150,000 shutters depending on the model. The calculation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, by virtue of the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.

Imported products have3 year warranty(6 months for accessories: batteries, chargers, etc.). Ganga Electrónica manages this guarantee during this period of time. Ganga Electrónica is responsible for repairing the products at the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the manufacturer, at no cost (provided it is proven that it is a warranty problem). In addition, an external warranty extension of 1 or 2 years can be added on the product.

In the case of product repairs, the customer must go exclusively to the official technical services or authorized by Ganga Electrónica (recognized and licensed by the manufacturers).

Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in the event of full conformity of the good, the customer may not withdraw from his order and return it.

The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the good through Ganga Electrónica and / or that do not appear on the sales invoice.

Warranty Terms and Conditions for Consumer Products

Should this equipment require any service during the warranty period, please contact the dealer who sold it to you or a member of our Authorized Service Network (RSA) in the European Economic Area (‚ÄúEEA‚ÄĚ) or the other countries mentioned in this warranty or in the attached warranty certificates (warranty coverage area). In order to avoid any unnecessary hassle, we suggest that you read the instruction manual carefully before resorting to warranty service.

Your guarantee
This warranty is applicable to your product if it is stated in the accompanying documentation that it was purchased within the warranty coverage area.
Through this commercial warranty, the product is warranted against possible defects in material and workmanship for a period specified in the advertisement from the original date of purchase. This guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and user, which are independent and compatible with the commercial guarantee. The company will provide and service the warranty in the country where you request the warranty service, which is indicated below or in the document attached to the product.
If, during this warranty period, the product (on the original date of purchase) is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, the warranty manufacturer will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the defective product or its parts, under such conditions. I know

Manufacturers may replace defective components or products with new or recycled ones. All products or components of the replaced products are the property of the manufacturer.

1. This guarantee will be valid only when it is presented with the original invoice or proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, model and the name of the distributor) together with the defective product during the period covered by the guarantee. The manufacturer and the members of the RSA reserve the right not to offer the free warranty service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. This warranty will not apply if the model name or serial number of the product has been altered, erased, disappeared or is illegible.

2. To prevent the loss or deletion of information on removable data storage media or accessories, you must remove them before using the product warranty service.

3. This warranty does not cover transportation costs or risks arising from the transportation of your product to and from the manufacturer or to and from RSA members.

4. This warranty does not cover any of the following:
to. Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts derived from use
and normal wear and tear.
b. Consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement
during the life of the product, such as non-rechargeable batteries,
printing, stilettos, bulbs, etc.).
c. Damages or defects derived from the use, operation or treatment of the
improper product and not due to normal use of the product.

d. Damages derived from:
i. Misuse, including:
1. Treatment that results in damage or physical, superficial or appearance changes to the product or damage to the liquid crystal displays.
2. Installation or use of the product in a way that does not comply with the manufacturer's installation or use instructions.
3. Maintaining the product in a way that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper maintenance.
4. Installation or use of the product in a way that does not respect the technical or safety regulations of the country where it is used or installed.

ii. Viruses or use of the product with software not provided with the product or incorrect installation of the software.
iii. States or defects of the system in which the product is used or incorporated with the exception of other products from the same manufacturer designed for use with the product.
iv. Use of the product with accessories, peripheral units and other products of a type, condition or standards not established by the manufacturer.
v. Repairs made or attempted repairs by third parties not belonging to the manufacturer or authorized members.

Exceptions and limitations Except in the cases mentioned above, the manufacturer will not grant guarantees (explicit, implicit, statutory or otherwise) regarding the product, the quality of the software or its annexes, the operation, the precision, the reliability or adaptability to a logical or other equipment purpose. If this exception is not lawful or contemplated by current law, the manufacturer will limit or exclude its warranties only to the extent permitted by current law.
Any guarantee that cannot be completely excluded will be limited (to the extent permitted by current law) to its duration.
The sole obligation on the part of the manufacturer and / or distributor in connection with this warranty is to repair or replace the products subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. The manufacturer and / or distributor is not responsible for the loss or damage of products, services, this guarantee or others, including economic loss or non-evaluable damages; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, usufruct or use of the product or associated products or indirect, accidental or critical loss or damage. 6th. Client rights

The client (consumers or users are considered only the natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy the product as final recipients) will not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Professionals: They will not be considered consumers and users who, without becoming final recipients, acquire, store, use or consume goods or services, in order to integrate them into production, transformation, commercialization, professional activity or provision to third parties, therefore they do not benefit from the rights granted to consumers. Ganga Electrónica will not accept returns for withdrawal from companies.

Any incident in the receipt of a shipment, both for missing merchandise and for being damaged / beaten, must be reported to Ganga Electrónica within a maximum period of 24 hours, after receipt, otherwise Ganga Electrónica / Carrier will not be responsible for it. When signing the delivery note of the carrier, indicate any anomaly in the packaging, even if the damage to the packaging is small, also indicate it. The state of the boxes, open boxes, beaten, resealed, lack of packages, etc. Failure to indicate this information on the delivery note will void any possibility of claiming any fault and / or damage to the merchandise. The return costs will be subtracted from the price of the product at the time of the return of the money. The merchandise to be returned must be previously insured by the customer through and exclusively by the transport company contracted by Ganga Electrónica. The additional cost for the buyer will be 1.25% of the total value (VAT included) of the merchandise. In no case will it be possible to manage returns or exchange procedures for merchandise at the registered office of Ganga Electrónica.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the client, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete, both in their main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal is not accepted on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by Ganga Electrónica, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature cannot be returned. Neither will the withdrawal of goods or orders that may be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.

In cases of wear or deterioration of the property for reasons that are not exclusively due to its proof to make a decision on its definitive acquisition, Ganga Electrónica may agree with the client the corresponding compensation proportional to the deterioration.

The return for withdrawal of the following products will not be possible at any time:

  • All kinds of Software, games for consoles, DVD, Blu-ray, memories, computer components and consumables such as graphics, hard drives, batteries, CPUs and motherboards, paid DTT whose seal / packaging has been damaged or opened.
  • For hygiene reasons, all kinds of products related to personal care, health and hygiene.

Instructions for shipping (return) of products:
The delivery of a possible return will not be managed directly at our facilities, but will be delivered to the carrier for shipment. A discount voucher is also offered for the value of the product to be returned to be consumed in another product in the catalog.

7th. Obligations of the User / Client

Respect the purchase agreement once the order has been accepted, with the timely payment of the agreed price and refrain from engaging in abusive and unlawful conduct in contracting.
