Order acceptance:

Payment and shipping methods

1st.-Transfer or bank deposit

The customer may pay for their order through the Paypal payment system. This method is fully insured, since in the event that you do not receive the order or it is different from the one offered, you can open a claim and PayPal will return 100% of your payment.

This service will have a surcharge of 4.5% + €0.35 on the total amount of your purchase.


4°.-Cash on delivery (Temporary unavailable)

There are some conditions for payment on delivery:Maximum order amount is €2350and can only be requested for orders destined for mainland Spain and for the professional photography categories. This form of payment carries a5% additional coston the purchase price with a minimum of €5 for the management of this payment method. Additionally, it is only possible to have one active cash on delivery order at a time. You will not be able to place a second order until the first one has been delivered to you.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for the cash on delivery option,It is necessary to deposit 15% of the value of the product into the account as a deposit, transport insurance and management costs to receive the product. 8º.-Shipping insurance

All shipments have astandard LTM insurance.

Optionally, the customer can insure the shipment with aComprehensive insurance. This insurance has an extra cost that is specified in the carrier selection. This insurance will cover any type of incident in transportation, from the time it leaves the Ganga Electrónica facilities to your home. You will be covered against theft, loss, breakage, defects caused by transport, etc., and replacement or compensation will be requested within 24/48 hours.

The establishment is not directly responsible for losses, theft or any other incident caused by the transportation company since it leaves its facilities.

Failure to contract comprehensive insurance does not exempt the business from responsibility for the customer to receive their product. In that case, the refund or replacement of the product may be made within a period of approximately 5/10 business days as compensated by the transport company.

4th. Delivery time of purchased products

The delivery time of the products is usually 8/15 working days (Monday to Friday) (unless otherwise indicated in the ad description) from when the payment is made into our account. Please note that if you make the payment by bank transfer from another entity other than BBVA, it may be deferred between 1 and 3 business days. However, this is a delivery timeindicative: until we receive the product, it is not possible for us to specify a delivery dateto the client. The delivery of the products is made by express courier (FedEx, GLS, Correos Express) with tracking number.

5th. Product warranty

The guarantee of the products sold by Ganga Electrónica is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 et seq., a legal framework that aims to facilitate the consumer different options to demand rectification when the purchased good does not comply with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate, in which case, the seller may resolve the incident by delivering a good with identical or similar characteristics in the conditions prior to the breakdown or incident in question. Commercial guarantee:
Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the extent and duration of which differ depending on products and brands. These guarantees will be exclusively borne by the manufacturer who is obligated to them.

Under the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the sales contract in the terms established therein (article 114), by virtue of which:

"The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that comply with the contract, answering to him for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product."

In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond with the one recorded in Ganga Electrónica's files.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, unprofessional manipulation or installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits. The guarantee will not be valid in the event of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or accessories prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.IMPORTANT: In the case of cameras, stains on the sensor are not subject to warranty use. In the case of stains on the sensor, it can be cleaned in workshops and will not give the right to cancel the order for that reason. The products imported and sold by Ganga Electrónica have3 years warranty(6 months for accessories: batteries, chargers, etc.). Ganga Electrónica manages this guarantee during this period of time. Ganga Electrónica is responsible for repairing the products at the associated technical services in Seville, Madrid, or directly with the manufacturer, free of charge (as long as it is proven that it is a warranty problem). In addition, an external warranty extension of 1 or 2 years may be added to the product.

IMPORTANT: National or international third-party sellers who sell through Ganga Electrónica may offer different warranty conditions. It is important to consult the particular warranty conditions in the information shown under the name of each seller that appears below the product image. As a general rule, the conditions of external sellers will be at least 1 year warranty that can be managed by the seller themselves and/or Ganga Electrónica.

In the case of product repairs, the customer must go exclusively to official or authorized technical services by Ganga Electrónica (recognized and licensed by the manufacturers).

Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in the case of full conformity of the good, the customer will not be able to withdraw from his order and return it.

The guarantee is directed only to the owner (contractual party) who appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties who have not directly acquired the good through Ganga Electrónica and/or which do not appear on the sales invoice.

Consumer Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

Should this equipment require service during the warranty period, please contact the dealer from whom it was sold or a member of our Authorized Service Network (RSA) in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the other countries mentioned in this warranty or in the attached warranty certificates (warranty coverage area). In order to save you any unnecessary inconvenience, we suggest that you read the instruction manual carefully before resorting to warranty service.

Your guarantee
This warranty is applicable to your product if it is stated in the accompanying documentation that it was purchased within the warranty coverage area.
Through this commercial guarantee, the product is guaranteed against possible defects in material and workmanship for a period specified in the advertisement from the original date of purchase. This guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and user, which are independent and compatible with the commercial guarantee. The company will provide and service the warranty in the country where you request warranty service as indicated below or in the document attached to the product.
If during this warranty period the product (on the original date of purchase) is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, the warranty manufacturer will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product or its defective parts, under the conditions established by the manufacturer. 4. This warranty does not cover any of the following:

If this exception is not permitted or contemplated by applicable law, Manufacturer will limit or exclude its warranties only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any guarantee that cannot be completely excluded will be limited (to the extent permitted by applicable law) to the duration of the guarantee.
The sole obligation of the manufacturer and/or distributor in connection with this warranty is to repair or replace products subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. The manufacturer and/or distributor is not responsible for loss or damage to products, services, this warranty or others, including economic loss or non-assessable damages; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, usufruct or use of the product or associated products or indirect, accidental or critical loss or damage. The client (consumers or users are considered only the natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy the product as final recipients) will not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Ganga Electrónica will not accept returns due to withdrawal from companies.

Any incident in the receipt of a shipment, whether due to missing merchandise or damaged/beaten merchandise, must be reported to Ganga Electrónica within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt, otherwise Ganga Electrónica/Shipper will not be responsible for it. When signing the carrier's delivery note, indicate any anomaly in the packaging, even if the damage to the packaging is small, also indicate it. The state of the boxes, open boxes, beaten, resealed, missing packages, etc. Failure to indicate this information on the transport note will nullify any possibility of claiming any shortage and/or damage to the merchandise. Return costs will be paid by the customer in full and may vary depending on the weight and/or volume of the package. The additional cost for the buyer will be 1.25% of the total value (VAT included) of the merchandise. In no case will it be possible to manage procedures for returns or exchange of merchandise at the registered office of Ganga Electrónica.

Ganga Electrónica will not be responsible for returns on products manipulated by the customer, or those merchandises that are returned incomplete in both its main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal is not accepted on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by Ganga Electrónica, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that due to their nature cannot be returned. Nor will there be any withdrawal of goods or orders that may be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.

In cases of wear or deterioration of the property for reasons that are not exclusively due to its testing to make a decision on its definitive acquisition, Ganga Electrónica may agree with the client on compensation corresponding to and proportional to the deterioration.

Returns due to withdrawal of the following products will not be possible at any time:

  • All types of Software, games for consoles, DVDs, Blu-ray, memories, computer components and consumables such as graphics, hard drives, batteries, CPUs and motherboards, paid DTT whose seal/packaging has been damaged or opened.
  • For hygiene reasons all types of products related to personal care, health and hygiene.
  • All products that require direct contact with some parts of the body, such as In-EAR Headphones, toothbrushes, hair straighteners, whose packaging has been unsealed or the slightest signs of use are detected.
  • All types of laptops and desktop computers that are not returned in the same conditions of delivery (closed and sealed).

Instructions for shipping (return) products:

7th. User/Client Obligations

Maintain your personal passwords with due diligence.
